BuildLogic has been developing this Framework which ensures that your software is implemented and used in your business.
The process involves all stakeholders including the Business Owner, Estimators, Contracts Staff, Project Managers and Accounting staff.
We start by understanding your current processes and then work with you to implement the software into your business.
BuildLogic's consulting and training is done on-site. Our first step is to meet with all the stakeholders to ensure we have a solid understanding of your business.
Once we have an understanding then we can ensure the training covers your requirements. Initially this is a 2 or 3 day process depending on the size of the business with a follow up day about 1 month later.
