New Reports: Part Two

Every month we get suggestions from clients regarding reporting. As such, we often develop brand new reports or make changes to existing ones in order to enhance the information presented.

There have been five key developments to reports over the past several months:

1. New Cost Report – by Cost Code

The following report has had a new column – Due Date added to the report.  This column will only be filled in if you have entered a due date against your Purchase Order or Subbie Claim (click on image to enlarge).

2. Reports by period

If you run some of the reports by period such as the Progress Claim Payment for all Current Jobs by Period, if you want the selected dates to appear on the report, go into Maintenance/Report Maintenance, find the report – Progress Claim Payment for all Current Jobs by Period.

Select Update and change the Report name to: Progress Claim Payment for all Current Jobs by Period [DateFrom] to [DateTo].

Close the screen and go and rerun the report.   It will now include the selected date range in the Header as shown below highlighted in RED.

3. Budget vs Actual by Trade Report without Cost to Complete Breakdown

A new column has been added to this report to show bills (click on image to enlarge)

4. New Reference Code Report – Transactions for Selected Jobs for Period by Reference Code

This report is available from the Reports/Jobs dropdown.   This report allows you to highlight multiple jobs in your jobs list and then report by reference code for a period.   The following example shows the reference code 10103 – Site Labour over multiple jobs (click to enlarge)

5. Site Supervisor Summary Report

The supplier/contractor’s email address has been added to this report as shown in RED below.  This report shows all orders and contracts against the trades within a Job.

This report is available from Jobs/Reports if you have not used it before (click to enlarge)
