You acknowledge that JDM Systems Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 77 149 871 689) and its related bodies corporate and subsidiaries (JDM Technology Group AU Region, we, us, or our) collects your personal information from you directly and from third parties.

We collect your personal information (for example, your name, telephone number and email address) for the purposes of providing you with our services, which may include our enterprise software solutions for construction accounting and project and service management, and applications for estimating and engineering, whether provided as Software as a Service or on-premise, other related cloud services, products, models or other services that we provide to you.

We may also use and disclose your personal information to provide you with requested information about our services and for other purposes as permitted by law.

If you do not provide the requested information, we may be unable to provide you with the services you have requested (in part or at all), including our enterprise software solutions for construction accounting and project and service management, and applications for estimating and engineering, whether provided as Software as a Service or on-premise, other related cloud services, products, or other services that we provide to you.

We may disclose your personal information to other members of our corporate group including our subsidiaries, our agents, service providers and business partners for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, and where you have otherwise consented to the use or disclosure or as required by law. We may also disclose your personal information to overseas recipients, particularly to members of our corporate group or service providers located outside Australia or New Zealand in countries such as the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Norway. Such overseas disclosures are only made in connection with the purposes for which your personal information has been collected.
